Ride On Mary’s Bush Cabin is nestled on 10 heavily treed acres in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, just 45 minutes from Noosa and only 7 minutes outside the picturesque village of Imbil in the Mary Valley.

The property abounds with wildlife, including Wallabies, Goannas, Squirrel Gliders, the elusive Phascogale and the Rufus Betong along with a huge variety of birds.

Wake up to the sounds of nature in your own rustic cabin. Refresh yourself in the open air solar heated shower. Enjoy the outdoor undercover self-contained kitchen area whilst having a breakfast of fresh free range eggs collected direct from the chicken coop. Indulge with a glass of champagne or wine in the evening on the veranda or in the outdoor bath, heated by fire or solar and gaze out at a sky filled with stars.

Spend a day on one of our hire kayaks down the Mary River or Yabba Creek and look out for Platypus or the endangered Lungfish.

You can also hire one of our bikes to explore the surrounding countryside of the Mary Valley or just cruise into Imbil for an alfresco lunch at one of the cafes. Alternately you can take a packed lunch and sit out on the beautiful Yabba Creek or the forest rock pools and waterfalls.

Have a leisurely stroll on the walking tracks on the property and go spotlighting for nocturnal animals.

Frisbees are available for a game of Frisbee golf. Horse riding and bushwalking can also be part of your agenda to explore more of the Mary Valley.

Your host, Ian Harling, says "I have lived in and travelled across many countries and towns around the world, but it is the Mary Valley that has always won my heart over as the best place to settle and finally put down roots."
